Enrolment

Enrolment dates are different for current ESNLC students and for new students.

Current students

Students who are already taking a course with us can re-enrol on the last day of the course. This ensures that they are placed in the appropriate course, with the assistance of their teacher. Forms are valid for a year, but if there are any changes in a student’s circumstances or to the information originally provided it will be necessary to complete a new form.  It is a student’s responsibility to advise us of any such changes.

Enrolment dates for current students:

  • Term 1: 12-15 December 2011, 12:30 to 2:30
  • Term 2:  26-29 March, 1:00 – 2:00 pm.
  • Term 3:  18-21 June, 1:00 – 2:00 pm.
  • Term 4:  17-20 September, 1:00 – 2:00 pm.

Re-enrolment requires full payment before commencing the term. In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel classes or change dates, students will be advised and entitled to a full refund.  Please refer to the Terms and Conditions  provided on the enrolment form.

NEW students

Students who are interested in any course must fill out an enrolment form. If you wish to enrol in an English class you must first make an appointment with the Education Coordinator for a current skills assessment. If you are interested in other language classes, please talk with us before you enrol, as a current skills assessment may be necessary. For computer and all other classes instant enrolment is available. Forms are valid for a year, but if there are any changes in a student’s circumstances or to the information originally provided it will be necessary to complete a new form. It is a student’s responsibility to advise us of any such changes.

Enrolment dates for NEW students in CGEA and other English courses:

  • Term 1: 12, 16, 17, 19 and 23 January, please contact us to make an appointment
  • Term 2:  9 to12 April, please contact us to make an appointment
  • Term 3:  9 to 12 July, please contact us to make an appointment
  • Term 4:  1 to 4 October, please contact us to make an appointment

Please note that payment must be made in full before you start classes. We encourage our students to comply with attendance levels of 80%. For students receiving government funded and concession fee rates these attendance levels are mandatory. There are no pro-rata payments if you are not able to attend the whole course, unless the Education Coordinator approves this.

ESNLC Inc. does not have credit card or Eftpos facilities yet.

Download our current enrolment form and bring it in for your interview. If you are eligible for a government funded or concession fee, please bring the documents that support your application. A staff member has to sight the documents.
