We have a range of classes available at Elwood St Kilda Neighbourhood Learning Centre, including English as a Second Language and a range of Digital Essentials courses on offer each term of the year.

We have over 30 years’ experience in providing quality education to adults of all backgrounds and cultures through our pre-accredited courses.

Our Learn Local courses run during the Victorian school terms and are funded by the Adult, Community & Further Education (ACFE) Board.
