A snapshot of Victoria’s new restrictions

Easing of restrictions as of 11.59pm 17 June

The Acting Premier has just announced some further easing of restrictions as of 11.59pm Thursday 17 June – changes are bolded.For neighbourhood houses, the directions are as follows.Metro Melbourne:

  • Neighbourhood houses can operate with a density quotient of 1 person per 4sqm
  • Maximum venue capacity: 150 people, including no more than 75 people indoors
  • Maximum group sizes: 10 people plus instructor/s
  • No indoor physical recreation is permitted
  • Indoor physical recreation can resume with density quotient of 1 person per 4sqm (group sizes: 10 people indoors plus instructor/s, 20 outdoors plus instructor/s)
  • Face masks must be worn indoors, and only need to be worn outdoors where 1.5 metres physical distancing cannot be maintained
