HENRY SHIRES BHTCC Ass, BSc Psych (Oxon) has been teaching Tai Chi for Arthritis for 10 years including for the last 2 years for Arthritis Victoria in Elsternwick. He was trained by Dr Paul Lam of the Better Health Tai Chi Chuan Association and is a certified Tai Chi for Arthritis, Backs, Diabetes and Tai Chi for Kidz Instructor.
