Art for Wellness

These Arts for Wellness workshops will invite you to expand and maintain your wellness through Creative Arts Processes/ There will be refreshing opportunities for reflection, imagination, art material experimentation, and meeting like minded others. Sessions can also include creative resources, wellness references, and take away strategies to use in daily life.

This series is facilitated by Sue Guzick of Bright Black Art Therapy, a qualified Art Therapist and Registered NDIS Provider. if NDIS might apply to you, please get in touch to discuss your interests and funding.

All adults are welcome and no skill is required. Materials are provided. April 27th, May 25th and June 22nd.
