Holiday Strategies: #2 Empowering Your Centre.

Holiday Strategies: #2 Empowering Your Centre.
Austin and Wendy offer a space to work with Possibility Management tools and experiments designed to help stay centered. Empowering your center means that you are aware of yourself and your surroundings so you can be present and in contact with loved ones during the festive season.

Why do this workshop?
• Do you easily give your power away to others in order to feel safe? This may show up as people pleasing, adaptive behaviour, escapism and playing small.
• Do you have a sense of not being in your body or a belief that things are just happening to you?
• Do you tend to isolate, or abandon or yourself in the presence of others?
• Do you put the needs of others before your own, and adapt to circumstances rather that saying what you mean and meaning what you say?
• Do you feel lost at times, overwhelmed or easily distracted?

This workshop will give you opportunities to:
• Be present while being in contact with others
• Develop awareness of when you have got your center and why this is important.
• Experience the distinction between your physical and energetic center.
• Notice the connection between your focussed attention and your intention.
• Discover that you can consciously choose from a range of possibilities that are available to you in any given moment, rather than an experience of life is just happening to you.
