Elsternwick Housing Estate Arts and Craft Group

This project is an initiative supported by Bayside City Council and in cooperation with Bayside Library Service. The program is to develop workshops in the comunal group for children and adults alike to provide a stable and safe routine for children inside Elsternwick Estate.
